DESCRIPTION :Wagner , German documentation … no technical parameters but roughly I would say 3 spindle 5.5 kw each Strokes Vertical spindle with tool extention from 0 to 900 mm Lateral spindle ( 2 ) from 0 to 600 mm Machine drived by TSX Automat and Magelys Telemecanique You have loading zone with ripper to pace the IPN to the feeding conveyor 18 meters Clamping device to place the ipn at the right position before drilling Manual changing of tools Before you have the blade saw Kasto, ,new hydraulic, DRO is out of order for the angle cutting but hey are using of the build in scale manually Sorry for the bad;photos I don't know why it is so I've inspected the line yesterday all is working well except ( at that time ) the vertical spindle on the Wagner due to stupidity of trainee operator who placed Screw driver on the top of the head with the consequenses to twits the strokes ends and to lose the originin point Now problem is fixed it was just 4 bolt to be replaced If you have customer ready to come all will be shown under power until 01 of August , then dismantling will start
