DESCRIPTION :Hydraulic and pneumatic twin moulding machine MEKA (swiss) After compacting the green sand, the machine rotates and leaves the mould halves on the press plates from where they are taken away by the manipulator. With manipulator for empty chassis And manipulator for ready moulds. This manipulator is also used to bring mould halves together. Mould size: 440x 720 x 240/240 Originally the machine was purchased by stork pumps to cast iron. It has been used consistently for aluminium. The machine was designed to produce up to 400 moulds a day.(8 hours) Hydraulic unit 5.5 Kw
