SPECIFICATION :We have a client wanted gear hobbing machine which have crowning function. The gear hobbing machine must with spec as follow: - workpiece is pinion shaft. - one side of pinion shaft is spur gear. - size of spur gear is dia 200mm, width about 50~100mm, module max.14 - spur gear must have some convex crowning in order to reduce the noise. - amount of convex is only 0.1~0.5mm. - spur gear must convex as very small quantity for no-noising.
