DESCRIPTION :This machine was totally cleaned, hydraulic and coolant systems drained and cleaned, all gib adjustments were checked, all worm lashes were adjusted,
all old parts specially bearings were replaced, all mostly oil leaks replaced and then the machine was fully recertified using the ISO alignment standards for Liebherr CNC Gear Shaper.
All the Original old German controls were eliminated and replaced with new Mitsubishi M80 Controller.(Three Axis)
This machine was recontroled using a BRAND Mitsubishi M80 Controller, Digital drives and AC servo motors Power CNC controlling digital Servo drives for the axes. The Machine is also capable to cut Sector Gears.

DESCRIPTION :Machine suitable for heavy-duty Hobbing of external spur & helical gears, pinions, splines,
worm gears, and other work-pieces of similar profile up to 138 (3500mm) diameter, with
motorized hob-head providing a maximum of 40 Module (.5 DP) cutting capability in steel
Serial No. 2301/01 (New in 1981/82 electrical up-grade 2016)
The machine was in storage for a number of years and has seen extremely few hours of actual use. The
machine is in superlative mechanical condition throughout, and has recently been fitted with new
generation electrics, overhauled motors, and programmable logic control for axial and radial feeds, and
selectable fully automatic cutting cycles. The machine features can be described as follows:
