– Propulsion technology of the round axles:
The round axles of the milling head, A and C-axle, are equipped with digital engines and
worm gears.
– Direct measuring systems: The round axles are equipped with direct measuring
systems.
– With heavy tasks of working on, i.e. with high process forces, both round axles can be
wedged hydraulically. Of course the round axles can be used also for simultaneous
milling.

DESCRIPTION :Characteristics, technology and equipment:
– High-dynamic GANTRY milling machine; Portal driving into X-direction.
– Propulsion technology of the linear axes: In the linear axes (X, Y and Z) water-cooled
linear
motors, x axis as GANTRY implemented.
– Direct measuring systems: The linear and round axles are equipped with direct

glass. The housing of the machine, i.e. the elements between the suspension towers,
the
rear wall of the machine as well as the machine doors, are manufactured from
soundabsorbing
elements.
– Lighting: The work space is illuminated with fluorescent tubes (IP54, protected from jet
water and solid foreign body).
