Main spindle
It is actioned by a gear box trained by a motor of 200 Kw power. Main spindle it has 2 bearings of high capacity and high

Peeling head
Includes an automatic system for compensation of tool usage. The tools are made from metallic carbides mounted on
supports than can radial move with a route of 45 mm when the gamma diameter is changed.
Support movement it is made with a mechanism actioned by a motor with controled frequency.
Processing of bars in diameter gamma it is assured with 3 ( three) peeling heads “A” , “B” & “C” with range :
Peeling head “A” – finished material from 100 mm to 170 mm
Peeling head “B” – finished material from 160 mm to 250 mm
Peeling head “C” – finished material from 240 mm to 300 mm
