DESCRIPTION :Description ATC-Tool Robot
The ATC 50 consists of a magazine, a shuttle with double gripper, tool cassette adapter.
The magazine has a chain with space for 37 tool cassettes. The chain is driven by a servo motor and is reversible with random access to the tools.
The shuttle has an indexing double gripper for moving the cassettes between magazine and the cassette adapter on the cross slide. Driven by AC-servos in both X/Z directions.
– Repeatability is +- 5µ measured on a 200 mm long boring bar.
– Specifications: Max shaft 32×32 mm – Max boring bar Ø80mm – Max tool length 600mm – Index time 2 / 15sek
